Working for Justice Through Knowledge, Experience and Action
The credentials of our lawyers at Plattner Verderame, P.C., including all partners' certification by the Arizona Bar Association as Board Certified Specialists in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation, tell an important part of our story — one of dedication to making a meaningful difference for the injured and their families. We encourage you to review our backgrounds and accomplishments by following links to our individual profiles below.
The injury and fatality cases we pursue throughout Arizona and nationwide, as well as how we go about the practice of law, are also inseparable from how we live our lives.
Making a Difference for Individuals, Families and Communities
Founding partner Richard S. Plattner has been married to educator Susan Morris since 1983 and is the proud father of two accomplished children. He has long been active in the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix, singing in the choir, serving on committees and frequently performing as emcee for fundraising events. With his days of performance driving, shooting sports and white water paddling for recreation largely behind him, Richard's focus today is on legal work, church, family and golf.
Partner Frank Verderame serves as a governor on the board of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and has long been a sought-after lecturer and writer on legal issues as well as an important community contributor on many fronts. Frank is a Past President of the Arizona Association for Justice and of the American board of Trial Advocates. He has served, pro bono, as a Judge pro tem of the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Maricopa County Superior Court. For the past 25 years, he has also volunteered as an Officer and Director of the Scottsdale Boys & Girls Clubs.
Partner Randall A. Hinsch has been with our firm since 2001 and in 2011, he was selected as one of Arizona's Finest Lawyers. Among many other valuable pursuits, Randy and his wife and daughters actively support Friends for Life, a no-kill shelter for dogs and cats in Gilbert, Arizona.
If you are an honest person with honest injuries, seeking attorneys you can count on to fight for an outcome that is just and right, we may be the law firm for you.
