Founders Richard S. Plattner and Frank Verderame hold AV ratings,* the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell's peer-review rating service. Richard and Frank are Board Certified Specialists in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Arizona Bar Association Board of Legal Specialization. Each has also served as President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
In addition, Frank serves as a Governor on the Board of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, while Richard has authored a monthly column in the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association's monthly Advocate magazine since 1985, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and was featured extensively in a book published by one of his former clients, Jami Goldman (Up and Running, The Jami Goldman Story. Simon & Schuster, 1991).
Randy Hinsch joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2001. Randy has also been certified by the Arizona Bar Association Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation.
Attorney Leroy W. Hofmann assists our firm as Of Counsel and is also a Board Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Arizona Bar Association Board of Legal Specialization. Attorney Daniel R. Salcito, another pre-eminent Arizona injury lawyer, is now retired.
