In May, 2010, Lee Hoffman was awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Maurer School of Law, Indiana University.
An accomplished trial lawyer at Plattner Verderame, Phoenix, Arizona, Mr. Hofmann has a decades-long history of mentoring young attorneys and providing pro bono legal services to Phoenix-area nonprofits. In 2000 he served as a founding member for the Arizona Lost Boys Center, an organization created to assist young men who emigrated from Sudan as refugees in the Sudanese civil war, and continues to serve as a volunteer lawyer for the organization.
