A couple lost control of their pickup in east Mesa on Friday, and it slammed through a backyard shed.

It was unknown why the couple lost control of the truck, Mesa Fire Representative Doug Martineau said.

The pickup went through a front yard and into the backyard of a home in the 7500 block of East Juanita. The truck demolished the shed and only stopped after entering another backyard and hitting a meter.

No one was injured in the accident.
